TARIFF

Per room, per night. For sole use of whole suite with lounge and bathroom, not shared.

Double Room: £85

Single person in double room: £65

Two single people in two double bedrooms in suite: £120

Up to four people in two double bedrooms: £145

Extra child bed in double room: £10 supplement.  Cot free.

Price per night includes breakfast, teas/coffees and  cake.
On arrival you will find that we have left some delicious cake which you can enjoy with a selection of teas or coffee. Filtered water and a jug of milk are left in the mini fridge. There is a separate external entrance door for your convenience for which we provide you with a key, meaning you can come and go as you please. We politely ask guests to remove their shoes to preserve the life and cleanliness of the carpets.  All rooms are ground floor and would suit those with limited mobility.

You will have a separate suite with 2 double rooms for 1-4 people (only let out to your same party), king-sized luxury beds, a large bathroom with double ended bath and shower and a lounge. We have cots and toys for babies.

Kingsized bed with memory foam topper.
Mirrored wardrobes.
Egyptian cotton bathrobes and towels, slippers, hair dryer.

Second Bedroom

Smaller bedroom adjoining the master bedroom with quality lambs wool stuffed mattress.

Bathroom

Tastefully tiled, this room has a free standing double ended bath and separate shower cubicle with powerful shower.  We leave you a large selection of complementary Duck Island toiletries.


Lounge

Private lounge with French doors overlooking the garden. This comfortable room offers you all the home from home comforts that you would expect when you travel including:

Two comfortable sofas, table with 4 chairs, kettle and varied selection of teas and coffee, wine glasses and opener, flat screen T.V with Freeview and DVD player, free wifi (fax and photocopier available on request), large collection of movies to watch, board games such a scrabble, backgammon, monopoly etc, tourist guides on the area and it's attractions, magazines and books (novels and reference), mini fridge with chilled filter water and milk.
